Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Provide correct access on site, site induction, Permit to Work and IT access to QC systems.
• Maintaining the schedule of all QC preventative maintenance via SAP monthly planning, liaising with Lab departments in order to plan maintenance visits around QC testing plans.
• Corrective maintenance - Discuss and troubleshoot with service providers to avoid downtime, particularly for occasions requiring an external engineer site visit.
• Completion of Engineer Visit Forms, Pre-Service Agreement, Maintenance Logs and service report sign offs.
• Requesting service contract quotations, including setting up contracts for new equipment.
• Have oversight of the QC CMMS corrective and planned work order process including review of closed work orders.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor degree, or local equivalent in engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years experience within maintenance
• Strong communication skills with customers, design teams, contractors, and management
• Action oriented skills; ability to learn on the fly
• Good problem solving, technical learning, time management and prioritizing skills
• Functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA regulated facility
