Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Laboratory Coordinator to support daily Quality Control laboratory operations by receiving, reviewing, and logging samples, chemicals, reagents, standards, and other materials into LIMS.

You will maintain records, assist with glassware washing, inventory management, and the coordination of external testing shipments, while ensuring compliance with cGMP, USP requirements, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• LIMS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP and USP requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, log samples and materials into LIMS.
• Maintain accurate records per cGMP requirements.
• Wash, inspect, and store laboratory glassware.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate shipment of QC samples to external testing laboratories.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.
• Support Quality Control personnel with routine laboratory activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
