Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Chemist I to perform lab testing in support of manufacturing and client projects. Responsibilities include shift activities, data interpretation, and reporting of results under cGMP guidelines.

The role requires active participation in lab investigations, adherence to SOPs, and a commitment to safe, clean lab operations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute shift activities related to manufacturing as prioritised by the QC Manager or senior member
• Conduct required testing and lab activities under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in support of new projects and manufacturing, including data interpretation and reporting
• Initiate lab investigations and deviations as per internal SOPs under the direction of QC Manager or designate
• Review analytical documentation for analysis performed by other chemists under the direction of senior staff
• Promote and ensure safe and clean lab operations
• Perform departmental tasks such as cleaning supply ordering, instrumentation/technology training, etc
• Perform other duties as assigned
