Looking ahead, we have bold ambitions to grow internationally and strengthen our brand through new product categories, particularly in footwear and womenswear, as well as investment in paid media, CRM activity and continued creative development.

Reporting to the ARNE Quality Manager, you will be ensuring all samples and comments are processed in an effective and timely manner to allow our ARNE sizing and quality to always meet our standard.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the quality control team to organise and inspect inbound bulk shipments across clothing and footwear to ensure delivery meets the standard set out by the tech team both technically and aesthetically in line with the approved shipment sample.
  • Measure and inspect garments against shipment sample.
  • Check footwear and ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Update Excel workbook and keep a detailed record of defects and faults, including photos, measurements and comments.
  • Liaise with the ARNE Quality Manager regarding rejections.
  • Must be commercially aware of timelines and the requirement to resolve issues ASAP when stock is on hold.
  • Ensure shipment tracker, performance tracker, critical path, and all ARNE spreadsheets are kept up to date.
Essential Skills

  • Previous experience with AQL standards.

Previous experience in the garment industry in Quality Control is an advantage.
