Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle und Inspektion von Produktionsteilen.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, the QC Inspection Technician is responsible for incoming inspection of production parts and NPD to ensure products and processes meet quality standards and specifications. You will perform evaluations, visual inspections, measure dimensions, conduct tests, and compare results against standards. Collaborate with SQM and production teams to resolve issues and ensure parts compliance.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Producing inspection reports for SQM
• Raising Non-Conforming Reports for defects
• Monitoring & transacting defected parts from production lines/quarantine
• Managing RMAs to suppliers
• Calibrating inspection equipment (external)
• Participating in daily QDIP sessions for SQM
• Working with Path Lab for defect analysis
• Assisting SQE with supplier issues

The essential requirements include:

• Developing inspection plans for incoming parts
• Experience with vision and/or CMM equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings (GD&T)
• Producing inspection reports
• Experience handling RMAs
• Experience in electromechanical assemblies or industrial manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
