Job summary

Vantive is seeking a QC Analyst to join our high-performing manufacturing facility in Liverpool. You will support analytical testing throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and site requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related discipline, or significant QC laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability studies.
• Conduct analytical techniques including SEC-HPLC, AA, pH, Conductivity and TOC testing.
• Manage laboratory samples: receipt, logging, storage and disposal.
• Support laboratory workload planning with QC leadership.
• Follow SOPs and testing methodologies.
• Maintain GLP, GMP and GDP compliance.
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping and 6S standards.
• Assist with investigations, deviations, CAPAs and root-cause analysis.
• Review analytical data and records for accuracy and compliance.
• Support training and development of colleagues in the laboratory.
• Participate in method maintenance and validation activities.
• Periodic review of procedures and documentation.
• Conduct pharmacopeial compliance assessments and support regulatory readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation in QC.
