Job Description
- Perform quality control testing on finished pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all test results and laboratory activities.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
- Support investigations into deviations or non-conformances in testing processes.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines consistently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the timely release of products.
- Assist with method validation and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organised laboratory environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful QC Analyst should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
- Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, or spectroscopy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in testing.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory documentation and record-keeping.
