Cranleigh STEM is seeking a Quality Control Analyst in Ballasalla, Isle of Man. This hands-on laboratory role involves working with a range of analytical techniques to support product quality, compliance and continuous improvement within a regulated environment.

The position offers £27,000–£32,000 DOE, full-time in a regulated laboratory, with relocation assistance. Experience in pharma/biotech/chemical manufacturing is advantageous and training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related scientific discipline would be advantageous.
• Previous laboratory experience, ideally within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
