The Opportunity

As a Quality Support Technician within Building Construction Products (BCP), you will oversee and coordinate quality support activities, including investigation, documentation, analysis, and resolution of quality issues. You will lead a team of Auditors/Quality Technicians.

What You Will Do

• Troubleshoot and address unforeseen quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Collect defect data, support continuous improvement, and develop/update check sheets for assembly and quality teams.
• Ensure assembly routings conform to work instructions and provide feedback on design and manufacturing issues.
• Document testing, analyze root causes, and catalog quality issues, flagging defects for repair.
• Generate quality metrics, report issues to management, and communicate root causes in high-level meetings.

What You Can Demonstrate

• Strong background in quality within manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

What You May Have

• Previous supervisory experience (preferred).
• Experience with CMM and Faro Arm.
