Rate Options

£550/day all-in OR £450/day + accommodation

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct W1/W2/W3 walkdowns
• Build and manage snag lists
• Record inspections using IT systems (Nexus experience desirable but not essential)
• Support testing/commissioning (Cx) activities where needed
