Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a QA/QC CSA Engineer to join a leading international data centre contractor delivering hyperscale projects across Europe. You will ensure CSA works meet quality, compliance, and client expectations, conducting inspections, reviewing plans, and maintaining QA dossiers.

The role emphasizes coordinating with engineers, design teams and subcontractors, managing ITPS and quality records while upholding a strong safety and improvement culture on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience in a QA/QC Engineer role on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA construction methods, standards and compliance.
• Experience managing inspections, test plans, QA/QC documentation and NCR processes.
• Data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or other mission-critical project exposure desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect CSA works to ensure compliance with project specs, drawings and regulations.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and quality documentation.
• Review subcontractor quality submissions and inspection records.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits, issue NCRs where required.
• Support teams in identifying, managing and resolving quality issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, design teams and subcontractors to close quality matters.
• Verify materials and workmanship meet project/client requirements.
• Maintain records of inspections, testing, certifications and quality dossiers.
• Support project reporting and quality performance monitoring.
• Assist with handover activities and QA documentation delivery.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in a QA/QC Engineer position on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
• Review subcontractor quality submissions, method statements, and inspection records.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits, issuing NCRs where required.
• Support project teams in identifying, managing, and resolving quality issues.
• Work closely with engineers, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely close-out of quality matters.
• Verify that materials, installations, and workmanship meet project and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, certifications, and quality documentation.
• Support project reporting and quality performance monitoring.
• Assist with project handover activities, including QA dossiers, O&M manuals, and final documentation.
• Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site.
