Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a QA/QC CSA Engineer for a leading international data centre contractor delivering hyperscale projects across Europe. This role focuses on ensuring Civil, Structural and Architectural works meet high quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

You will monitor CSA works on site, develop QA/QC procedures and ITPs, review Subcontractor submissions, conduct inspections and audits, and support handover with QA dossiers and O&M manuals.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous QA/QC Engineer experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA construction methods, quality standards and compliance.
• Experience managing inspections, ITPs, quality documentation, and NCRs.
• Data centre, industrial or other mission-critical project experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect CSA works for compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and ITPs.
• Review subcontractor quality submissions, method statements, and records.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits; issue NCRs as required.
• Support teams in identifying and resolving quality issues.
• Work with engineers, design teams, and subcontractors to close quality matters.
• Verify materials, installations, and workmanship meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, certifications and quality docs.
• Support project reporting and quality performance monitoring.
• Assist with handover activities, QA dossiers and O&M manuals.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement on site.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.

• Conduct site inspections and quality audits, issuing NCRs where required.
• Support project teams in identifying, managing, and resolving quality issues.
• Work closely with engineers, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely close-out of quality matters.
• Verify that materials, installations, and workmanship meet project and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, certifications, and quality documentation.
• Support project reporting and quality performance monitoring.
• Assist with project handover activities, including QA dossiers, O&M manuals, and final documentation.
• Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site.
