Job Title: QA Technician

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Swindon

Industry: Health & Nutrition

Hours: Week 1 - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm & 6am to 2pm
Week 2 - Sunday to Thursday 6am to 2pm & 9am to 5pm

Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE

Based onsite at our prestigious client, this role focuses on driving the Quality Assurance of consistent product quality while ensuring ongoing processes meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted product inspections of own label products to ensure they meet specifications
• Perform Depot Hygiene Audits at scheduled intervals
• Sample products to assess taste profiles across various food categories
• Input data and analysis into specialized computer systems

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience in:

• Food systems and Quality Assurance
• Working in large depots
• Food manufacturing systems
• Using Excel and warehouse systems

Essential Qualifications / Knowledge:

• HACCP certification
• Food hygiene certifications
• Knowledge of temperature legislation, equipment, and monitoring systems
