Role Overview: QA Administrative Assistant

The QA Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and document control support to the Quality Assurance team. Responsibilities include:

  • Formatting and distributing quality documents such as Follow Up Documents (FUDs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), etc.
  • Maintaining and updating document registers, logs, and trackers to support quality operations.
  • Supporting the compilation and submission of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) and other QA deliverables.
  • Performing administrative duties including meeting coordination, minute-taking, data entry, and document filing.
  • Liaising with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to manage quality documentation.
  • Tracking NCRs, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions (CAPA) within quality systems or databases.
  • Ensuring records are uploaded correctly in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) per version control and configuration rules.
  • Supporting QA personnel during audits, inspections, and reviews by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.
