About The Role
As a quality assurance officer, you will be responsible for the final release of aseptically compounded products, involving checking batch manufacturing records against orders, prescriptions and stability data, ensuring GMP is followed throughout the compounding process and physical checks of finished compounded products. You will also be responsible for identifying hazards within the manufacturing process and at final release of product, resolving the issues with the advice of the QA manager as required and acting where appropriate. About You
To be successful in this role you will need to be a graduate (or equivalent) in a related science degree. It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years GMP experience, in a laboratory or manufacturing environment. As the position involves repetitive checking of a batch of manufacturing records, the ability to focus and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining excellent attention to detail is a must. You will have effective written and verbal communication skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
