Quality Assurance Officer
Runcorn
12-Month FTC
Up to £32,000 depending on experience plus £900+ Retention Bonus
4 days a week on site and 1 Working From Home


Are you detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in Quality Assurance, compliance, or customer complaints investigation? We're hiring on behalf of a global healthcare company specializing in lifesaving medicines and technologies for a QA Officer on a 12-month FTC basis which will also allow you to work 1 day a week from home as part of the working pattern.


The role exists due to an increase in workload and there is a strong chance this role will be extended or go permanent.


Duties:

  1. Support supplier non-conformance investigations and process improvements
  2. Assist with Periodic Quality Reviews (PQRs) and supplier data management
  3. Maintain and update external audit records
  4. Draft and support Quality Agreement reviews
  5. Provide key administrative and quality support to the team
