Job summary

Nicholas Associates is seeking an experienced Assistant Site / QA Manager to deliver a rainscreen cladding package on a commercial project in North Ayrshire. You will coordinate logistics and oversee installation of SFS, weather board, bracketry, insulation, firestop and rainscreen cladding.

This 30-week assignment offers hands-on site leadership, strong QA control, and collaboration with site teams to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Site / QA Manager on cladding projects.
• Strong QA and site coordination skills required.
• Ability to manage logistics and safety on site.
