Qualifications

• Experienced in managing audits and liaising with external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS, GMP, TACCP, VACCP, and UK/EU food safety regulations.
• Proven track record in food safety compliance and quality systems management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance function within the primary processing unit.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, legality, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
