About the Role: Are you ready to lead and drive quality assurance for this outstanding fresh produce business? We are looking for an experienced and dedicated QA Manager to manage the QA team, ensuring customer standards are met. This role is central to upholding their commitment to product quality, and process compliance in line with both site and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• QA Team Management: Lead the QA team to support daily operations, allocate resources, and ensure timely and effective decision-making.
• Product Quality: Collaborate with site operations to ensure our products meet customer specifications and standards.
• Audit Compliance: Conduct and lead audits, ensuring our site remains "Audit Ready," and collaborate on industry-standard reviews.
• Training and Development: Mentor and train QA staff to foster a culture of Total Quality Management and support staff training on food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within the food production, fresh produce or related industry.
• Knowledge of quality, food safety and compliance standards, including auditing experience with food / fresh produce industry
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Commitment to training, mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
