Job summary

Infused Solutions Ltd is seeking a hands‑on QA Lead to establish and grow its testing function from the ground up. You will define testing standards, implement processes, and perform hands‑on testing across product portfolios, spanning web and mobile technologies including .NET and SQL Server.

You will collaborate with developers and technology leadership to identify defects, assess quality risks, and ensure issues are clearly documented and retested.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QA Lead or similar role with responsibility for improving testing practices.
• Experience developing or implementing test strategies, standards, processes or testing tools.
• Strong hands‑on manual testing experience with a track record of identifying and documenting meaningful software defects.
• Experience testing web applications, ideally alongside mobile applications.
• Technical understanding of C#/.NET applications, Angular/AngularJS front ends, SQL Server and related environments.
• Ability to work independently and establish a testing function without an existing QA team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement a repeatable testing strategy covering test planning, design, functional and regression testing, and release sign‑off.
• Hands‑on testing across web and mobile applications and collaboration with development teams.
• Defect management: document, prioritise, track and retest defects; communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and leadership to promote a quality‑first culture and testing standards.
• Explore automation and AI‑assisted testing options and plan for future growth of the QA function.
