Job summary

Drnewitt is seeking a QA Inspector / Quality Assurance Auditor in Tonbridge, Kent. This full-time, permanent role starts between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM and includes weekend rotation. Salary £28,600 per annum, with 40 hours per week.

You will perform visual, sensory and technical quality checks across raw intake to dispatch, ensure stock meets customer specs, report non-conformances, and advise corrective actions to maintain premium quality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Quality Assurance within fresh produce, food manufacturing, or FMCG is essential.
• Excellent eye for detail to spot minor product flaws and ensure precise quality standards.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to liaise across production and management teams.
• Strong time management skills with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) is advantageous.
