Join our Quality Team and help shape the future of excellence across our Yogurts & Desserts Business Unit.

Were looking for an experienced and drivenQA Quality Improvement Specialistto support quality and process improvement initiatives across our three manufacturing sites. This is a technically focused role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration with site teams and Group Functions.

What Youll Be Doing

• Act as the Quality lead for implementation of EPD and NPD across all Yogurt and Dessert sites, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and technical input.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and support cost-effective recipe changes and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain systems to monitor quality and food safety performance.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional standards and company values.
• Facilitate best practice sharing across sites and support the development of operational strategy.
  
  

Project Management Responsibilities

• Lead quality-related elements of continuous improvement projects in line with business and operational goals.
• Support quality systems during commissioning of new assets.
• Oversee specification management for EPD and NPD, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure ingredient information is approved and available pre-launch.
• Ensure all NPD documentation meets BRCGS, retailer and third-party certification standards.

• Proven experience in a technical quality role within food manufacturing, ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, digital QMS tools, and project management.
