Employee Responsibilities:

1. Delegate responsibilities and project ownership to direct reports.
2. Provide follow-up, support, and constructive feedback for delegated tasks.
3. Prioritize employee development through cross-training, technical skills development, and clear communication of expectations and goals.
4. Support and coach direct reports through challenges without doing the work for them.
5. Offer real-time feedback and educate other departments to ensure quality and timely data delivery that meets client needs.
6. Support initiatives to improve quality and productivity, including quality metrics and CAPA implementation.
7. Assist with investigation writing, root cause analysis, and trend identification.
8. Perform technical writing, review, and track action items to completion.
9. Demonstrate leadership qualities such as effective communication, confidence, motivation, and follow-through.
10. Perform higher-level QA tasks including investigations, root cause analysis, data trending, audits, validation, and inspection support.
11. Maintain familiarity with GMP, Medical Device Quality System (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
12. Support external audits and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
13. Work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
14. Learn new techniques, keep accurate records, and comply with company policies.
15. Possess leadership, initiative, and team-building skills.
16. Require a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering with at least 2 years of laboratory experience, or 4 years of high-level laboratory experience without a degree.
17. Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals is preferred.
18. Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship.
