Referment is working with a regulated European stock exchange operator whose QA team is central to releasing, upgrading and delivering bespoke projects for its clients. It is hiring a QA Full Stack Tester to cover both front-end and back-end testing across its exchange systems.
You’ll work within the QA team, liaising daily with Development, Product and Operations to make sure releases and upgrades are functionally tested to a high standard before reaching clients. You’ll design and implement manual and automated test scripts and scenarios alongside the head of QA, scope and design tests across the full stack, and monitor and report on testing for large systems. On the front end you’ll automate E2E testing using Playwright with TypeScript.
You’ll prepare test cases, data and expected outcomes against change requirements, manage defects and elevate where appropriate, and act as test lead on small projects. A smaller part of your time goes to providing testing guidance and support to clients and third-party vendors.
Desirable: ISEB/ISTQB Foundation certification, Docker and containers, knowledge of financial market regulations and reporting rules, derivatives/asset management/bonds experience, Python for backend/API testing, CI/CD test integration, and WebSocket or real-time application testing.
This could suit a QA analyst from an exchange, broker or trading platform background who wants both manual depth and automation ownership in a small, high-accountability team.
