Job description

Job Opportunity: QA Team Member at Brigg Scientific

Our client, a food manufacturing establishment based in Liverpool, is seeking an additional member to join their QA Team.

Key Duties Include:
  1. Laboratory testing
  2. Production line sampling
  3. Quality auditing
  4. Production paperwork
  5. Batch release paperwork
  6. Solving technical issues
Qualifications and Experience:

No specific experience in the food industry is required. Candidates with scientific qualifications or food industry experience will have an advantage. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Shift Details:

This is a shift role, working 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am on an alternating 4-on, 4-off basis. Initial training occurs during daytime hours with full support from a dedicated trainer. The initial training period lasts 12 weeks, during which you will work on agency at a pay rate of £12.21/hr. Successful completion of training may lead to a permanent role with an approximate salary of £32,000, based on expected overtime.
