Job summary

Unity Studio is a browser-based real-time 3D authoring tool. As a QA Engineer on the Unity Studio team, you will own the testing process end-to-end and ship high-quality features in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers from day one, test across features, and help shape how quality is approached as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience with testing methodologies and test plan organisation.
• Ability to design and execute manual test cases within project scope.
• Experience QAing web or mobile apps and managing defects.

Responsibilities

• Carry out manual and exploratory testing in an agile team.
• Own QA process end-to-end for assigned features.
• Write, manage, and maintain test cases and scripts for full coverage.
• Manage defects through lifecycle: logging, tracking, escalation, verification.
• Review requirements with engineers and PMs; surface risks and plan tests.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with QA and other departments to ship with quality.
• Contribute to process improvements to raise quality.
