Job summary

Unity Studio is developing a browser-based real-time 3D authoring tool focused on non-gaming use cases. As a QA Engineer, you will own end-to-end testing, write and maintain test plans, and work with engineers, designers, and product managers from day one to ensure high-quality releases.

You will perform manual and exploratory testing across features, coordinate defect management, and contribute to process improvements to raise quality across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with testing methodologies and test plan organisation.
• Experience writing/executing manual test cases per project scope.
• QA testing experience on web or mobile applications.
• Defect management using bug trackers like JIRA.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out manual and exploratory testing across features and releases.
• Own the QA process from requirements to sign-off for assigned features.
• Write, manage, and maintain test cases and scripts.
• Manage defects through lifecycle: logging, tracking, and verification of fixes.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to surface risks and plan tests.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and cross-team collaboration to ship quality software.
