Your Role

We're looking for a QA Engineer with around 4–5 years of experience in mobile and web app testing. Our mobile app is built with Flutter, and we're seeking someone who can take ownership of QA—introducing a testing strategy, establishing processes, and building out both manual and automated tests across platforms.

You'll test both our Flutter mobile app (iOS and Android) and our web-based frontend, ensuring a seamless user experience and stable releases.

Responsibilities | What You Will Be Doing

• Define and implement a QA strategy across mobile and web platforms
• Perform manual and exploratory testing for both mobile and web apps
• Set up and maintain automated testing using tools like Flutter integration tests, Selenium, and others
• Collaborate with developers to catch and resolve issues early
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain detailed and clear test documentation
• Attend team activities that follow the agile lifecycle.

Must Haves | Our Requirements

• 4–5 years of QA experience, with a strong focus on mobile app testing
• Experience testing Flutter apps or hybrid frameworks
• Proficiency with Selenium for web UI testing
• Hands-on experience with automated test frameworks and tools (e.g. Appium, Flutter Driver, Selenium)
• Confident introducing and leading QA processes within a team

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Bitrise)
• Familiarity with release pipelines for App Store and Google Play
• Performance or load testing experience
