Responsibilities

• Working closely with our cross-functional squads to embed more rigorous testing processes into their existing agile workflows.
• Working with engineering teams to identify the metrics and data that should be measured and tracked to enable continuous improvement of the quality of the Cleo app.
• Validating and logging detailed bug reports from user-reported defects (for example via app store reviews) including priority and squad ownership.
• Performing regular regression testing on the Cleo react-native application and prioritizing and assigning bugs found.
• Work with engineers to develop an automated end-to-end testing solution for the Cleo app to enable testing of our core user journeys in our continuous integration pipeline.

About You

• 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing roles (ideally in high growth, scaling businesses).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good experience of working in cross-functional agile squads.
• Experience of testing a react-native mobile application.
• Experience of developing automated end-to-end test suites in a modern mobile or web application.
• Experience in utilizing data and analytics to track the impact of quality on business-level metrics and KPIs.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment in particular CircleCI.

Nice to Haves

• Have worked in a QA role at a fintech company.
• Experience with or knowledge of AI-Based Testing would be ideal!
