Job summary

Stratospherec Ltd. is seeking a Mid Level QA Software Tester to join a focused team in the UK. You will contribute to the test strategy for a SaaS platform, covering UI, API, and integration tests, while embracing AI-assisted tooling to boost quality and efficiency.

Weekly travel to the Basingstoke office in Hampshire is expected as part of the role. The ideal candidate has strong testing fundamentals and hands-on automation experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–7 years of testing for complex software applications.
• 2+ years automating or maintaining automated test suites.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and system testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop test cases and plans based on requirements and engineering input.
• Identify automation opportunities and extend automated coverage across UI, API, and integration layers.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and system tests; communicate progress and blockers.
• Configure and maintain test environments, data, and integrations for testing.
• Perform hands-on integration testing in the Basingstoke office with devices and hardware.
