What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create and maintain automation test scripts to validate business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate production releases by working closely with key stakeholders.
• Execute automated regression test packs to support manual testing efforts.
• Perform functional and regression testing on all code and configuration changes to ensure system reliability.
• Document QA processes and best practices, contributing to the team's knowledge base.
• Conduct exploratory testing to complement automated tests and align with agile best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Client Delivery teams to understand technical changes and testing priorities.
• Work closely with developers to identify, log, and resolve bugs and unexpected behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best testing practices within the QA team.
• Contribute to improving testing efficiency and accuracy, supporting continuous integration and deployment efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer who is passionate about automation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a QA Engineer, Junior Developer, or working in a software environment.
• Experience coding in C# and an understanding of software testing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Working knowledge of QA best practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) and Selenium is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira, and X-Ray is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
