Job description

WisdomTree are seeking a QA Engineer to join our Website Engineering Team in London. This team develops and maintains our public-facing websites and digital experiences across the UK and Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing end-to-end QA practices, ensuring that user-facing web platforms are reliable, accessible, and meet both functional and non-functional requirements

Key Accountabilities and Scope

• Own and drive QA strategy across multiple web properties, including marketing and transactional sites
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression suites
• Perform manual exploratory testing on features, integrations, and user journeys
• Build and maintain automated tests using frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to validate acceptance criteria
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Monitor production issues and define improvements to catch regressions earlier
• Ensure cross-browser, responsive, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1/2.2)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA tools, documentation, and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a QA or Software Test Engineer role
• Strong hands-on experience with modern QA tools for both manual and automated testing
• Understanding of JavaScript and front-end technologies (e.g., React, Next.js)
• Experience with REST APIs, browser dev tools, and testing web performance
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with headless CMS systems (e.g., Sanity)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Cloudflare Pages, or similar)
• ISTQB certification or similar is a plus
