Job summary

Team Creation is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure product quality through meticulous testing and analysis. You will design test plans, perform manual and performance testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

You will validate data integrity and track bugs, contributing to improved product quality and test processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on QA experience, and can communicate effectively in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in QA or software testing, with strong manual testing background.
• Experience in automation testing is a plus and encouraged.
• Ability to design detailed test plans and robust test cases.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills. Comfortable with cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have iGaming product experience and Chinese language ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for multiple products.
• Perform manual testing plus assess performance and security aspects.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure complete test coverage.
• Monitor performance during stress tests and report anomalies.
• Document, track, and verify bugs using JIRA and related tools.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through meticulous testing and analysis. In this role, you will design and execute test plans, perform manual and performance testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. You will also validate data integrity, track bugs, and contribute to improving product quality and test processes. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, hands-on QA experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to various products. Perform detailed manual testing of to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
• Monitor system performance during stress, load, and endurance tests, and report any anomalies.
• Document, track, and manage bugs and issues using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and verification.
• Validate data integrity across backend systems and databases to ensure accurate and secure transactions.
• Provide feedback on products and suggest improvements for better testability and reliability.
• Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases, plans, and technical reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in QA/ Software testing.
• Experience in manual testing; automation testing experience would be a great advantage
• Ability to independently develop comprehensive test plans, design detailed test cases, and maintain accurate testing documentation .
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent in communication and a good team player.
• Experience in iGaming products is a definite advantage.
• Able to read and write Chinese language.
