Job summary

SRG Talent seeks a committed QA Document Reviewer to support the Quality Assurance function in a growing life science organisation. You will review quality and batch documentation, maintain trackers, and support controlled material movement to ensure compliance and accuracy across the business.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will contribute to continuous QA improvement and help graduates start a career in QA within a GMP-regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC/HND with degree preferred.
• Experience reviewing GMP-regulated documents preferred; graduates with demonstrable skills welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Analytical approach to problem solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Review quality and batch documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide document control support and guidance across the business.
• Maintain trackers and generate status reports for batch compilation activities.
• Support archiving and ensure controlled material movement.
• Coordinate SOP review cycles and ensure revisions meet timelines.
• Ensure documents are updated, mastered, and maintained according to procedures.
• Contribute to GMP compliance activities and QA improvements.
