Nature's Path Foods in the United Kingdom is seeking a QA Manager to oversee the SQF system and QA/Sanitation teams. The role focuses on maintaining food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all products.

You will supervise QA and Sanitation Technicians, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, allergens controls, and preventive controls. Strong leadership and technical acumen are required, with 4+ years in food quality.

Qualifications

• High level understanding of food safety and QA programs (HACCP, GMP, sanitation, allergens, preventive controls).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for managing teams.
• Experience implementing new test methods, processes and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development, implementation, review, and maintenance of SQF system and QA/Sanitation programs.
• Ensure products are sampled microbiologically and organoleptically per specs.
• Conduct monthly plant audits and ensure sanitation compliance.
• Validate changes to Food Safety Fundamentals, Plans and Quality Plans affecting safety and quality.
• Provide GMP/HACCP training and corrections to staff.
• Maintain environmental testing program and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and update SOPs/SSOPs and QA initiatives.
• Supervise QA Technicians and Sanitation Technicians with coaching and feedback.
• Direct and schedule QA and Sanitation personnel; address daily issues.
