Are you passionate about quality and precision? Join the team as QA Compliance Manager and help ensure top-tier standards every day.

Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Compliance Manager for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role will lead and ensure that IT systems critical to GxP operations comply with regulations. You will be part of a supportive team focused on maintaining high standards in quality management and data integrity.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure IT systems meet GxP compliance standards.
2. Support adherence to manufacturing and data integrity regulations.
3. Oversee system validation and compliance processes.
4. Review and manage changes to IT systems.
5. Provide guidance on data integrity and quality systems.
6. Collaborate with IT teams to maintain compliance.
7. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

1. Previous experience within pharmaceuticals or biotechnology companies.
2. Must have previous experience in data integrity and system validation.
3. Knowledge of IT compliance and GxP systems.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Proficient in using Word and Excel for data analysis.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent report writing skills.
7. Ability to be onsite in Worthing for 3 days a week.
