Job summary

Transpharmation, a dynamic preclinical contract research organization, is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to provide independent assurance of regulatory compliance and company standards across studies.

You will conduct audits, review documentation, train staff, and QC study data and records, liaising with Study Directors and vendors. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 2–5 years in regulated lab research or testing environments.
• Minimum 2 years QA experience in regulated labs, audits/inspections.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.
• Conduct study-based inspections and audits; document findings.
• Prepare QA statements for final study reports.
• Review vendor qualifications and supplier documentation for compliance.
• Maintain QA procedures, SOPs, forms, and training materials.
