Job summary

The London School of Commerce & IT is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance and Compliance Assistant to support the CEO and Principal in maintaining high standards across academic and operational functions.

You will implement corrective actions, manage learner records and MIS submissions, and coordinate quality reviews, audits, and exam processes to ensure accurate, timely compliance across the college.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and liaise with the Principal and team to ensure quality of academic and operational functioning.
• Recommend and implement corrective policy actions to assure and maintain service quality.
• Identify and link institutions and support academic collaboration and affiliation.
• Suggest acquisition of suitable study materials for approved courses and admitted students.
• Maintain secure, accurate records of learner journeys, attendance and progress.
• Track actions from audits and quality reviews to ensure timely completion.
• Audit quality documentation and records for accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee exam entries, data tracking and MIS submissions.
