Watkin Jones PLC is seeking an Assistant Quality Compliance Manager to support the Quality team in monitoring construction standards across our developments. You will help ensure projects meet approved designs and quality expectations while supporting improvements to reduce defects and enhance the customer and client experience.

You will work closely with Senior Quality Compliance Managers, Construction, Customer Support and other stakeholders to complete site inspections, manage QA

Qualifications

• Organised, detail-focused approach to QA.
• Strong communication across multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel across UK sites.
• Experience in quality assurance, compliance or construction is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support site inspections across the UK and manage QA information.
• Prepare Gateway 3 documentation and QA audit checks; compile clear reports.
