Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated QA Compliance Administrator to join a rapidly growing retail company in the UK. This role offers an excellent opportunity for development and progression within a dynamic Quality Assurance team.

The successful candidate will support daily departmental operations, including creating and maintaining technical files for FOB products and assisting QA compliance technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain technical files for products.
  • Manage the FOB critical path, ensuring accurate data recording.
  • Request and capture new SKUs on the FOB critical path, liaising with suppliers for documentation.
  • Monitor FOB purchases for retesting and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
  • Assist QA Compliance Technicians with product investigations.
  • Manage sample storage and departmental records.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to meet documentation deadlines.
  • Collaborate with buying and customer service teams, representing the QA department.
  • Provide regular updates on FOB product certification status.
  • Offer general administrative support as needed.

This role is office-based with some flexible working from home (up to 6 days/month). The ideal candidate will be well-organized, confident in handling large data sets, and proficient in Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. A valid UK driving license with at least 12 months of driving experience is required.
