IT Global Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced and highly motivated QA & Automation Test Engineer responsible for testing, maintenance, and ongoing support of the platform, acting as the internal focal point for an enterprise platform. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, ambitious, and committed to staying at the forefront of QA & automation testing technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the software design team regarding verification protocols.
2. Identify weaknesses and target areas within software applications.
3. Develop ideas for automated testing procedures.
4. Detect, report, and troubleshoot issues.
5. Design and implement software databases.
6. Identify quality issues and prepare test reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an automation test engineer.
• Proficiency in programming and automation systems, including databases.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java and VBScript.
• Understanding of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills are a plus.
