Company Overview:
Our client is a well-known Fintech organisation that has pivoted to providing data and intelligence solutions for hedge funds and asset managers. They've recently secured a significant cash injection and are in the process of building out a brand-new data science team.

Role Overview:
They are currently seeking an experienced QA Lead to support a key initiative, helping to manage out an existing team member while establishing better testing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading QA efforts across both automated and manual testing environments.
* Working within a platform engineering environment.
* Managing a small QA team across multiple locations.
* Building out the QA function from scratch.
* Collaborating with the wider tech and product teams to enhance quality across the board.

Tech Stack:
* PHP / Node.js
(Note: Candidates don't need to code in these, but familiarity is beneficial.)

Ideal Candidate:
* Strong experience as a QA Lead.
* Proven capability in both manual and automated testing.
* Comfortable operating in a start-up or scale-up environment.
