Job summary

Peaple Talent Ltd in Bristol is seeking two QA Automation Engineers to own quality across its AI platform. You will test AI agents that handle customer conversations and sales follow-up, and you will build automation with Playwright in TypeScript or C# as part of a fast-growing team.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where you’ll test conversations, evaluate edge cases, and ensure reliable CI/CD integrated test suites across the platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on test automation with manual testing.
• Experience testing AI features and conversations is a plus.
• Strong API testing experience and familiarity with CI/CD.
• Clear communication of bugs, risk and trade-offs to engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manually testing new features and fixes across the platform.
• Automating stable, high-value scenarios in Playwright with TypeScript or C#.
• Testing AI conversations across voice and messaging, checking accuracy and reliability.
• Building API and integration tests and running them through CI/CD.
• Raising and chasing defects through to a fix with engineers.
• Contributing to release sign-off and testing best practices.
