GI Group Main Account is seeking a QA Auditor for a busy meat processing factory in Derby. You will conduct quality checks, monitor food safety practices, and complete audits to ensure compliance with customer specifications and company standards.

The role requires experience in food manufacturing, HACCP knowledge, and excellent attention to detail. The position is full-time with weekly pay and ongoing training and development opportunities to advance your quality assurance career.

Formación

• Previous QA, Quality Control, or Auditing experience within food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within the meat industry is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to participate in training and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting quality checks throughout the production process
