The Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to join a small, purpose-driven pharma team that operates ethically, sustainably, and with genuine value. This desk-based role (no lab or manufacturing activities) is ideal for someone with 6 months to 2 years’ experience in pharma QA who enjoys a varied, cross-functional environment. Responsibilities include supporting Quality and Regulatory operations such as handling complaints, managing SOPs, artwork changes, audits, QTA updates, and eQMS improvements.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • Hands-on experience with MHRA GDP, eQMS systems, and QA processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
