Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled QA professional to write, maintain and run manual regression tests across .NET and web applications. You will interpret business requirements, define test scenarios and produce actionable test plans and estimates to guide project planning.

The role involves validating UI and web services, monitoring error queues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely, quality releases. A DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Sprint and Kanban).
• Knowledge of testing techniques and processes.
• Experience testing web-based systems and UI/web services.
• Experience testing Windows-based applications.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and branching.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Confident interaction with technical and non-technical people.

• Experience testing web-based systems, including user interfaces/web screens and web services


• Experience testing Windows-based applications


• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and branching


• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines


• Ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical people


• Demonstrable experience of test planning and reporting
