Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our agency team in the Woking area. This flexible role lets you choose shifts across welcoming nurseries, with full-time or part-time options and weekly payments. You will provide care for children 0–5, support EYFS development, and follow safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications

About the Role

As an agency Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.

  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and nursery teams.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times.
  • Adapt confidently to different nursery environments.
What We're Looking For
  • A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or above).
  • Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A flexible, positive and professional approach.
  • A sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
