Graphcore in Bristol is seeking a Software Engineer to design, implement, optimise and support the software that powers its machine learning accelerators. Youll join the PyTorch ecosystem, work within a SCRUM team, deliver new features, review code, and help maintain a complex codebase while engaging with upstream communities.

You will collaborate with multiple engineering teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem solving.
• Experience with Python development and C++ performance in a commercial setting.
• Ability to write clean, well-tested, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing new features in the software stack.
• Maintaining and supporting existing features and systems.
• Developing unit, component and integration tests to ensure reliability.
• Optimising performance of the software stack for users.
