Qualifications

• Strong backend development experience with Python.
• Experience with financial or market data.
• Ability to design and operate data-intensive, distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of databases (Relational, NoSQL, Columnar).

Responsibilities

• Design and build data platform components using Python.
• Develop and optimise ETL pipelines, Data Lakes/Lakehouses, and distributed systems.
• Improve infrastructure, observability and CI/CD practices.
• Maintain and evolve existing systems (microservices, ETL, Excel add-ins).
