Canonical is hiring talented Software Engineers with strong Python, packaging and Linux skills to improve the day-to-day workflow of thousands of snap, rock and charm publishers.

You will work on Python tooling that builds snaps, charms and rocks, contribute to build systems and automation, and collaborate with a globally distributed team. Most roles are fully remote, with occasional in-person sprints across selected locations.

Formación

• You have expertise in Python and strong Python tooling.
• You understand modern GNU/Linux distributions and packaging.
• You have experience with build systems and cross-compilation.
• You have worked with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and LXD.
• You can leverage CI systems to automate workflows.
